His leadership experience has included serving as an Associate Clinical Director within a residential behavioral health setting, where he provided clinical leadership to multidisciplinary staff, supported the delivery of behavioral health programming, participated in clinical decision-making, and helped coordinate care for individuals with complex psychiatric and behavioral health needs. His leadership responsibilities have included clinical consultation, treatment planning, staff development, interdisciplinary collaboration, risk management, quality-oriented clinical practices, and supporting continuity of care across levels of treatment.

Prior to and alongside his clinical leadership work, Mr. Luckett has served in program-level and direct clinical roles across behavioral health and healthcare organizations. His experience includes program therapy, psychiatric rehabilitation leadership, social services administration, crisis behavioral health, and outpatient psychotherapy, providing him with a broad understanding of how psychological care is delivered across different levels of clinical intensity.

Mr. Luckett earned a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University, graduating summa cum laude, following undergraduate study in Psychological Science with an emphasis on neuroscience, neurobiology, and neuropsychology.

His academic development has also included graduate-level study in healthcare administration and doctoral-level study in clinical social work, with scholarly interests centered on trauma, attachment, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and complex behavioral health presentations.

His psychoanalytic development has included clinical and theoretical training through the Chicago Center for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, along with continuing study in contemporary psychoanalysis, relational theory, self psychology, attachment, developmental psychology, affect regulation, and the clinical application of psychoanalytic concepts.
